Three Rajya Sabha candidates Ahmed Patel, Smriti Irani and Dilip Pandya have filed their nomination for three vacant Rajya Sabha seats in Gujarat. As per the rule they have declared their property.

As per the declaration, Shri Ahmed Patel’s wife property is Rs 1,32,07,023. This includes Gold worth Rs 15.76 lakh, silver worth Rs 2.10 lakh and the investment of Rs 67 lakh.

Shri Ahmed Patel has Rs 1.12 lakh cash and saving of Rs 1 lakh. He owns a car Maruti desire worth Rs 6.67 lakh and an Ambassador worth Rs 5.58 lakh.

Shri Ahmed Patel’s bank balance is Rs 7.82 lakh. His wife’s balance is Rs 23.76 lakh. Fix deposits of both are Rs 35 lakh.

Shri Patel has a bungalow in Gandhinagar that is standing over 330 square meter plot given by the government of Gujarat. This bungalow is situated in sector-8.

Thus Shri Ahmed Patel’s property is Rs 24,99,432 plus Rs 1,34,15,188, means total Rs 1.60 crore.

Rajya Sabha candidate from BJP smt Smriti Irani has Rs 3.26 lakh cash, while her husband has Rs 825 in cash. Smt Smriti has two flats including one in Mumbai’s Lokhandwala complex. She also has residential plots and house at other places. Smriti has Rs 1 lakh liability while her husband has Rs 3 lakh.Smt Smriti has Maruti SX4, Swift and Innova cars worth totally Rs 16.50 lakh. She has two fiber boats worth Rs 4.34 lakh. Smriti’s husband has one TVS bike. Smriti’s total property is Rs 2,29,24,287 plus Rs 2,33,95,000, that comes to total Rs 4.63 crore.

Another BJP candidate for Rajya Sabha Shri Dilip Pandya has Rs 70,000 in cash while his wife has Rs 50,000. Shri Dilipbhai doesn’t posses his own vehicle, however his wife has Indica Vista worth Rs 5.60 lakh. Dilipbhai owns Gold worth Rs 13.90 lakh and silver worth Rs 2.50 lakh. His wife has gold worth Rs 10.45 lakh and silver worth Rs 6 lakh.

Shri Pandya has total property of Rs 43.85 lakh plus Rs 37.25 lakh. His wife has property of Rs 49.23 lakh plus Rs 5.00 lakh. Thus the total property comes to Rs 81 lakh.
