Ahmedabad, 18 July, 2011
Vishwa Hindu Parishad’s international general secretary Shri Pravin Togadia on Sunday night announced to go on satyagraha against police’s inactiveness in responding to a Navrangpura woman’s complaint against harassment by anti-social elements. According to Togadia, the Navrangpura police was not responding to a woman’s complains therefore the woman had visited the Vishwa Hindu Parishad office. To help her Togadia sat on satyagraha in the parking of the flat with his supporters in dark hours of night in presence of media, and this actually worked. The police arrived and offered help to a woman. Shri Togadia left the place after police assured him of working sincerely in this case.
