Day starts with couple of Supreme Court decisions on Bhatt,Teesta

And today’s row of headlines begin with couple of stands the Supreme Court have taken.

The first one is about controversial IPS officer Sanjiv Bhatt. He had sought neutral investigation in criminal case filed against him in Ahmedabad’s Ghatlodia Police Station. The Supreme Court has issued notice to Gujarat government and central government in this case.

The another one is Teesta (Javed) Setalvad related development. Teesta had sought relief in procedure against her in Gujarat’s Pandarwada case. The Supreme Court has pushed break on procedure against her in Pandarwada case today. It should be mentioned that Teesta had to appear before the police in Lunawada today in connection with Padnarwada case.
