Vidyasahayak Merit list 2011 released online in Gujarat

Gujarat government is in process of recruiting about 13,000 Vidyasahayak, as a part of which, the online applications were invited from interested and qualified candidates in the middle of July 2011. Now the Gujarat State Primary Education Selection Committee is all set to release a provisional merit list for Vidyasahayak Bharti 2011 (Vidhyasahayak recruitment) on its website www.VidyaSahayakGujarat.Org on 31st of July, 2011 at 8.00 am. The applicants will view their merit number on this Vidhyasahayak website.

On VidyasahayakGujarat website, the candidates are asked to click on the link of their provisional merit list and to enter a form number on application. Applicants will have to correct their name, qualification, birth date, category and merit marks etc – if it needs to correct – between 2nd and 3rd August. After online corrections(if needed), the Vidhyasahayak applicant will have to print his/her modified application. Modified details will have to be supported with original mark sheet, certificates and documents that are to be submitted to Vidyasahayak help centers. No Vidyasahayak application will be accepted without original certificates and mark sheets.

Final merit list for Vidyasahayak bharti (recruitment) 2011 will be published on www.VidyaSahayakGujarat.Org on 6th August 2011 at 8.00 am. The candidates will be able to obtain a print out of call-letter online between 6th and 8th August. They will need to click over “Call letter print” link for this purpose. If there’s “No call letter” visible, this means a candidate is not in final merit and therefore he/she would not be able to print a call-letter.

On the date defined in call letter, at prescribed time and place, a candidate will have to appear in person with original mark sheet, certificates and other documents. If said candidate doesn’t remain present at prescribed time and place with all needed documents, it would be understood that he/she is not interested, and there will be no other chance.

No candidate will receive call letter by post or courier. Tuning in to online details and following the guidelines given on the website is must.
