Vadodara, 25 August, 2011
Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate two bridges in Vadodara this Sunday.
Both Jetalpur railway over bridge and Nava yard railway over bridge are already constructed and ready for inauguration. The city unit of BJP was waiting for long to get Chief Minister’s date to throw these bridges open for public. Some time back local Youth Congress workers had removed barricades and opened Jetalpur bridge for public.
While Jetalpur bridge has been constructed at a cost of Rs. 23.54 crore, Navayard bridge is worth Rs. 17 crore.
As Ganesh Utsav is beginning on 1st September, this news has brought relief to Vadodarians.
