Haren Pandya murder case:murder charge against accused quashed

Gujarat High Court on Monday acquitted all 12 accused of Haren Pandya murder case and slammed CBI saying that the agency botched up investigation.
-As per the initial details available, the accused are free from the charges under section 302, however the court has not made them free from the charges under sections 307, 120B and Pota in Jagdish Tiwari case. As all accused including the main accused Asgar Ali have already spent enough years in prison for the charges under 307, 120B and Pota, they are likely to be released now.
