HC asks govt to file fresh plea without Guv as respondent,hearing on 5 Sept

Gujarat High Court today asked petitioner Pradipsinh Jadeja ( minister of state for Law) to remove Gujarat Governor’s name as respondent and file new petition against appointment of Lokayukta in the state.
Next hearing will take place on 5 September.
