Impact fee act questioned again,court notice to state,advocate general

Gujarat High Court today issued notice to Gujarat government and Advocate General of Gujarat after admitting a petition challenging the Gujarat Unauthorized Construction Regulation Act 2011.
Gujarat High Court has asked both parties to reply the notice within four weeks.
