The Chief Minister will reach Bhuj at around 4.30 pm and arrive at Kutch carnival by 6.00 pm. He will leave Bhuj for Ahmedabad at 8.30 pm.

Meanwhile Kutch district Congress led by district President Humbal will go on one-day fast and will oppose the Chief Minister’s visit to Bhuj.

According to Humbal, the local unit of Congress party had sought Modi’s time to make a representation on Kutch’s local problems, however Modi refused to allot time to listen to the real issues of Kutch. Humbal said while Prime Minister and President also allot time during their visit to hear local representation, the Chief Minister has denied it. Humbal added that Congress was denied permission to hold fast in Bhuj, but the party was firm in its decision and would agitate if prevented.
