Ahmedabad BMW hit and run case involving Vismay Shah is full of twist and turn and never short in supply of newsy developments.

Two boys hit by BMW car of Vismay Shah were Shivam and Rahul.

A few hours back the car of Shivam’s sister was vandalized. Shivam’s father Premshankar Dave has now filed complaint in police station about this. He has alleged that another victim Rahul Patel’s relatives are behind this act.

More details are awaited on this development.

The case has been in news for last one week or so as one by one three witnesses have turned hostile in the court. Two of them had scuffle in court and are provided security in court’s order.

Shivam’s sister and father tell media persons:

Shivam’s sister alleged that a group of youths came to their home, broke the glass of their car parked in the compound, snatched away her mangal sutra and threatened the family for not taking Ghanshyambhai(father of another victim Rahul)’s offer of compromise in BMW hit and run case.

Shivam’s father told media persons that another victim Rahul’s father Ghanshyambhai had asked him to accept the offer of Rs. 5 crore for compromise with accused Vismay Shah. Shivam’s father said he refused the offer. He said the person who came to his flate in the night to issue threats were same who were seen in scuffle in court compound earlier.
