In reply to a question raised by Congress MLA Shailesh Parmar, Gujarat Chief Minister who is also Industry Minister shared the details of expenses made to organize Vibrant Gujarat Global Investors Summit 2015:

Mahatma Mandir decoration, essential temporary structures, hangers for meal, tea, drinking water, road signs, temporary furniture etc: Rs. 7,13,52,357

Transportation and welcoming of guests: Rs. 1,60,60,424

Man power for preparation and planning of summit: Rs. 2,14,68,665

Creatively presented details preparedness: Rs. 7,64,93,842

Propaganda of summit, road show literature, equipments, material: Rs. 10,68,75,849

Advertisement for summit: Rs. 9,45,13,730

Memento, gifts etc: Rs. 10,55,454

Website creation and wi-fi at Mahatma Mandir etc: Rs. 52,42,640

Theme Pavilion and related expenses: Rs. 1,05,00,120

Administrative expenses and financial auditor fee: Rs. 46,06,282

Seminar, panel discussion, discussion forum: Rs. 1,13,35,365

Other expenses: Rs. 1,42,530

Total expenses (before 20th January 2015): Rs. 42,56,82,364 (of which Rs. 56,99,585 were spent during financial year 2013-14)
