AMC to launch new website with online tax payment facility

Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation(AMC) will shortly launched a new website under Rs. 35 crore National E-governance platform programme. Every citizen of Ahmedabad will be able to create his citizen profile on this website and able to deal with all AMC through single login identity.
Citizens will be able to connect more than one property tax numbers and professional tax numbers tot heir profile. Instead of paying tax at Civic center, the citizens will be able to use the online payment gateway through following steps.
– Open the website www.ahmedabadcity.gov.in
-Register your profile on Citizen Registration link. Don’t forget to mention your mobile number and e-mail identity.
-Register the tenement number of your property.
-Proceed for ICICI payment gateway to make online payment.
-Have a print out of your payment.
