Muslim yoga instructor in Ahmedabad an inspiration (Video)

Amid calls by Muslim organizations in India to boycott yoga as they deem it ‘anti-Islam’, a Muslim yoga instructor in Gujarat comes as an inspiration to people of all faiths. Nizamuddin Sheikh, who has been practicing yoga since 1987, teaches the ancient Indian discipline in Ahmedabad. Sheikh says that yoga is an exercise and has nothing to do with religion. He admits that orthodox Muslims have warned him for practicing yoga and tried to stop other Muslims from joining his yoga classes. One of his pupils, Bikhubhai Patel, said that Sheikh treats both Hindus and Muslims equally.
