Around 100 shops in north Gujarat based small town Amirgadh in Banaskantha district shut down businesses on Saturday, seeking rain from God.
The traders spent their day at local Isvani mata mandir and performed havan and puja seeking good rain.
After first round of rain in parts of Gujarat, the second round has delayed significantly. The situation is worst in north Gujarat because even in the first round of rain, this particular region stayed dry.
