VAT check posts on all highways connecting Morbi

Due to increasing number of cases pertaining to non-payment of Value Added Tax(VAT) by ceramic units in Morbi pocket, the government has taken a decision to set up VAT check posts on all highways connecting to Morbi. Four main highways connecting Morbi to Wankaner, Maliya Hatina, Halvad and Jetpar will have check posts to collect VAT and check the goods and documents.
