Ahmedabad BMW hit and run case convict Vismay Shah gets bail from SC

Ahmedabad BMW hit and run accident case convict Vismay Shah has been given bail by Supreme Court.
Former union minister and Congress leader Kapil Sibal appeared as Vismay’s lawyer and made argument on his behalf.
Supreme Court has directed Gujarat High Court to run trial in Vismay’s case speedily.
According to lawyer of victim boys Raju Shukla Sibal had argued little while victim’s side made longer arguments, but Chief Justice decided to give verdict in convict’s favor.
Vismay Shah’s bail plea was rejected by Gujarat High Court earlier.
He was convicted and given 5 years jail term by rural court in Ahmedabad for running over 2 with BMW in 2013 hit-and-run.
