Ailing Gujarat BJP MLA sent to Mumbai in Air ambulance

The ailing BJP MLA from Choryasi assembly segment of Surat district in Gujarat, Mr. Rajendrabhai Patel alias Raja Patel was today taken to Mumbai on an air ambulance for better treatment.
Family sources said that Rajabhai was detected with dengue a few days ago and was under treatment. He was admitted to Mahavir General hospital in Athwalines of Surat city this morning. He was showing no signs of improvement. His condition suddenly deteriorated following which an air ambulance was arranged and he was airlifted to Mumbai.
Before that a team of doctors which had come from Mumbai provided him medicines to check the abnormal blood pressure and low oxygen supply.
He was suffering from fever for over a week and had even gone to Dubai in between, He had to come back owing to his condition.
Around 55 years old Rajabhai would be admitted in a top class private hospital in Mumbai, the sources said.
