Land to judges: SC stays Gujarat HC order referring to larger bench

Supreme Court today issued notices to Gujarat government and registrar of cooperative societies on appeal against notices to 27 sitting and ex judges of Gujarat High Court ,Supreme Court of India and High Courts of Odisha and Bombay.
Supreme Court stayed Gujarat High Court order issuing notices to 27 of its sitting and ex-judges on Public Interest Litigation questioning allotment of government plots to them.
