Impact fee: Last date extended by 6 months

Gujarat Chief Minister has today taken a decision to extend the last date to clear the applications regarding regularization of illegal constructions by 6 months. The new cut of date is now 18th February 2016.
According to the decision taken by Urban Development and Urban Housing ministry, Government of Gujarat the existing cut of date was 18 August 2015, however process to clear the applications is still on and therefore in response to representations made by the people, the last date has been extended by 6 months.
