Parliament winter session likely to start around November 20

The Winter Session of Parliament is expected to commence around November 20 and is likely to be a month-long affair.
A meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs, headed by Home Minister Rajnath Singh, is scheduled on Wednesday to finalise the dates.
