CM to inaugurate CREDAI GUJCON Convention and Building Material Expo

Chief Minister Mrs. Anandiben Patel will inaugurate the third edition of CREDAI GUJCON Convention and Building Material Expo 2015 on December 11.
The three day event will be held at GMDC ground here.
Addressing a press conference here Mr. Sharif Memon, President, CREDAI-Gujarat, said that CREDAI GUJCON 2015 would be a unique platform for building material manufacturers and suppliers to showcase their latest products and technologies. The presence of more than 50,000 visitors including 8,000 builders, architects and engineers as well as 1,200 seminar delegates and 50 speakers would make the event the largest in India, happening for the first time in Ahmedabad.
”The event will have six sessions for panel discussion on various subjects like ‘Discussion on Shaping Tomorrow’s Skyline’, ‘Learning from the Leaders’, ‘Smart and Swachchh Cities’, ‘Need for Transparent Revenue Systems’, ‘Individual Roles – Collective Responsibilities’ and ‘Real Needs of Realty Sector,” he said.
To a query Mr. Memon claimed that the present slowdown in the real estate sector was a cyclic one which happens after every five years.
