File Charge sheet against Hardik by January 8: SC to Gujarat govt

The Supreme Court today directed the Gujarat government to file chargesheet against Patidar agitation leader Hardik Patel by January 8. The court will hear the matter next on January 14.
The Supreme Court allowed Gujarat Police to file charge sheet in trial court on or before January 8 on charge of attempt to wage war against state.
