Patidar Ekta Yatra to conclude at Kagvad on Sunday

After loads of caste fanatic speeches, Patidar Ekta Yatra of Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti(PAAS) will conclude tomorrow at Kagvad in Saurashtra region of Gujarat.

The yatra traveled across 11 districts, 56 taluka and 1440 villages. The yatra had chariot of Patidar community goddesses Uma and Khodal. The biggest gathering on yatra’s route will be held at Moviya village where according to organizers thousands of PAAS conveners will gather.

The yatra will conclude at Kagvad at around 2.00 pm on March 27 where 70 bigha land has been marked for public meeting of Patidar community. The organizers who have generally a track record of sharing inflated figures claim that 5 lakh Patidars will gather at the meeting place tomorrow.

Bike rallies welcoming the yatra had been organized at number of places on route. In Amreli, such rally had achieved good response. The yatra barring some fiery speeches was peaceful.

Cadre of Congress party and Vishwa Hindu Parishad had joined welcome functions of yatra at number of places but without party/organization banner.
