Local offices of Nitin Patel and Rajni Patel in Mahesana targeted again

The local offices of two big political figures in the state in this North Gujarat city were targeted again today by certain activists of Patidar quota stir.
The local office of Health Minister Nitin Patel and minister of state for home Rajni Patel were attacked by the unruly mob which went berserk during the jail bharo campaign here today.
While the office of Mr. Nitin Patel, also the head of the 7 ministers committee constituted by the chief minister last year to hold talks with Patidar outfits and others for the resolution of the quota stir, was damaged and stone pelted, that of the minister of state for home was burnt down.
The two ministers, both from the Patidar community itself, were also targeted during the violence in the night of August 25 last year following police action on Patidar leader in GMDC ground in Ahmedabad.
It is not clear whether Congress cadre within Patidar agitation were responsible for this or not.
