After Civil, now L.G. and V.S. hospitals in Ahmedabad get Jan Aushadhi stores

Ahmedabad: After Civil hospital, two more public hospitals in city, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation(AMC) run L.G. and V.S. hospitals have now got DeenDayal Pradhan Mantri Jan Aushadhi stores, where medicine will be available at 30-80% cheaper rate to all who produce prescription. The stores will offer generic drugs against prescription and remain open round the clock. The stores have been opened by the state government under its aggressive drive to ensure availability of affordable drugs under central government’s scheme for same.
