Income Tax search at Axis bank Memnagar branch in Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad: Income tax department conducted search at Axis bank branch opposite Memnagar fire station in Ahmedabad with State Reserve Police(SRP) bandobast. The search operation which started yesterday afternoon was over today morning. Income Tax sleuths have seized some documents and computer hard disk according to sources. 19 accounts are found to be suspicious. Four of them belong to Muslims in which Rs 89 crore RTGS transactions are found in connection with bullion and ship breaking businesses.
