BJP will also win emphatically in Gujarat assembly polls: State BJP chief

Gandhinagar: BJP state president Jeetu Vaghani today said that the party would also win emphatically in Gujarat in this year’s assembly polls.

Reacting to the recently held assembly polls results declared today in which BJP has fared well with landslide victory in UP and Uttarakhand, Vaghani said that the ruling BJP in Gujarat would also win emphatically in the assembly polls due to be held this year.

To a query he said that BJP believed in serving people while Congress leaders only appear some time before the election to cheat and bluff the people but the public understands it fully well.

He said that the poll results in the recently held assembly elections were endorsement of the moves like demonetization, surgical strike and pro-youth, pro- poor and pro-women policies of the Modi government which was moving ahead with the mantra of Sauno Saath Sauno Vikas (Development of all with everyone’s participation).

Welcoming the poll results senior BJP leader I K Jadeja said that the people have given a thumbs-up to the politics of development under PM Modi and a rejection of the vote-bank politics of the opposition.
