44 degree temperature, thunderstorm likely in Amdavad

Ahmedabad: Due to the southwesterly to westerly winds over Gujarat,the city of Ahmedabad is likely to witness a thunderstorm on Sunday and Monday evenings according to Indian Meteorological Department(IMD) office in Gujarat. Light to moderate rainfall or thundershowers are also likely to occur at isolated places in Saurashtra and South Gujarat regions, adds the bulletin. The maximum temperature in city is likely to rise to 44 degree. According to IMD Gujarat office, maximum temperature in Ahmedabad is likely to remain around 44 degree mark.
