Gandhinagar: Rs 120 crore revamping work of Gujarat assembly building will complete in February this year. Generally, budget session takes place in the month of February. There’s no clarity whether upcoming budget session will take place in revamped assembly building or at Mahatma Mandir in makeshift arrangement. Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel today visited the assembly building and reviewed the status of revamping work. In revamped assembly building, ground floor will have a museum. The number of seats on the assembly floor will be more than 182 in order to accommodate more MLAs in case of future delimitation.
