Three get 3-year jail for beating up VHP worker in Narmada district

Bharuch: Three persons guilty of beating up a Vishwa Hindu Parishad(VHP) worker are given 3-year jail and slapped with Rs 1500 fine each by Tilakwada court of Narmada district.
According to the details of the case, Asrafkhan Saeedkhan Ghori, Altafhussain Babasaheb Dayma and Allauddin Jamiyatkhan Dayma had on 24 February 2012 threatened Suresh Babu Baria that if he fails to leave VHP activities, he would be killed and his body would be thrown away somewhere. According a complaint filed in Tilakwada police station by Baria, he was also beaten up by accused while issuing threat.
