Land grab and bogus evidences case: Vasant Gajera gets bail

Surat: City based diamond baron Vasant Gajera has been granted regular bail by Gujarat High Court in land grab and bogus evidence case.
Katargam based Gajera is accused of submitting bogus evidences in court and land grab in Vesu area of Surat.
A complaint was filed against him after Gujarat High Court’s order. After collection of enough evidences, he was arrested and taken into custody. While local court in Surat had rejected his bail plea, the High Court had granted him interim bail to take care of his ailing wife. Later a regular bail plea was also filed.
