First Chintan Shibir of Vijay Rupani government to be held at GSFC Vadodara next week

Vadodara: The first Chintan Shibir of newly elected Vijay Rupani government is likely to take place in Gujarat State Fertilizer Corporation(GSFC) campus in Vadodara on 7-8-9 June. The entire cabinet of Gujarat along with top Indian Administrative Service(IAS) officials including district collectors, District Development Officers(DDOs) will attend the shibir.

The district collector has formed 20 committees to look after and execute the arrangements of Chintan Shibir.

Then Chief Minister Narendra Modi had started the tradition of holding Chintan Shibirs. He had organized such first shibir in year 2004. The last Chintan Shibir was organized by then Chief Minister Anandiben Patel in Gandhinagar in year 2015. Upcoming shibir at Vadodara will be the 9th edition in series.
