Hardik Patel returns after treatment at Bengaluru Naturopathy center
September 28, 2018
Ahmedabad: Congress backed PAAS leader Hardik Patel who after a major fiasco of his controversial ‘fast unto death’ had gone to Bengaluru for Naturopathy treatment in the Jindal Nature Care Institute where Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal was treated earlier, today returned to Gujarat.
Talking to newsmen at Ahmedabad airport after his return, Hardik said that he would start a series of one day symbolic fasts from Bagathala village of Morbi district on October 2. He would later cover over 160 villages in as many talukas of 28 districts on the same three issues of farmer’s loan-waiver, patidar quota and release of Alpesh Kathiria arrested in sedition case.
Notably, during the earlier fast which started on August 25 at his Greenwood resort residence and ended after several back-tracks, controversies and drama like situation on September 12, the government showed a tough stance and he got no response or any assurance from it.
Now it seems that Hardik, whom many of his opponents blame to be on the ‘pay-roll’ of Congress party of which he allegedly works as an agent of sorts, is under pressure to somehow keep the agitation going in the wake of next LS polls.
Hardik had flown to Bengaluru on September 17.
