Mendarda town in Saurashtra observes strike over Love Jihad incident

Junagadh: Mendarda town in Saurashtra observed strike on Saturday protesting a Love Jihad incident in which a Hindu woman was abducted by local Muslim. Taluka Brahmsamaj, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal had given this strike call.
According to a memorandum presented to district Mamaltdar and Prant officer, a Brahmin girl from Zinzuda village of Mendarda taluka was abducted by Mendarda based Muslim youth Hanif Kadar Kathroti alias Imran Sheikh who runs English tuition class in rented shop in commercial complex opposite Aramgruh. A Brahmin girl was a student in this coaching class.
Local Muslims meanwhile held a meeting and decided to find out the youth and produce him before police.
