Tuver purchase on MSP in Gujarat from January 15

Gandhinagar: The Government of Gujarat will start purchase of Tuver at minimum support price of Rs. 5,675 per quintal from farmers for Kharif season 2018-19 from January 15. Farmers will need to register online on i-pds portal during 1-31 January 2019. They shall be needing to present the details of bank, Adhar card and mention of Tuver sowing in 7/12 and 8A. If Tuver sowing is not mentioned in 7/12, applicant farmer will need to submit Talati or Gram Sevak’s letter. Tuver purchase will take place across 101 APMC purchase centres from January 15 to April 14. Farmers are advised to contact Gujarat State Civil Supply Corporation Ltd’s Taluka godown manager and district office’s deputy general manager to get more details.
