‘Jay Hind’ and ‘Jay Bharat’ instead of ‘Yes Sir’ and ‘Present Sir’ in Gujarat school roll calls

Gandhinagar: Students will speak ‘Jay Hind’ or ‘Jay Bharat’ instead of ‘yes sir’ or ‘present sir/ma’am during roll call in Gujarat schools, the education department has decided and issued related instructions. Madhya Pradesh govt had started such practice in schools last year.
