Govt. sensitive about the trainee PSI suicide matter: MoS Jadeja

Gandhinagar: MoS Home Pradipsinh Jadeja today said that the state government was quite sensitive about the suicide of trainee PSI Devendrasinh Rathod and it has been decided to hand over the prove of the matter to the crime branch of Ahmedabad police.
He said that soon after the information about the incident that took place on December 31, legal steps were taken. Whoever found to be abetting the suicide and people mentioned in the suicide note would be dealt with strictly.
He said that CM Vijay Rupani during the cabinet meeting today expressed grief over the incident and instructed for in-depth investigation of the matter. Currently CP Ahmedabad is monitoring the case.
Rathod had killed self in his residence in Ahmedabad on December 31. His family members have refused to take the body after postmortem. They have alleged that he had ended his life due to tension caused by a senior police official.
