Gujarat Assembly session during 18-22 February for Vote on Account

Gandhinagar: A brief session of Gujarat assembly will take place during 18-22 February to pass proposals of vote on account(four-month period expenditure of government) in view of upcoming Lok Sabha election, likely to be held in the month of May. The state government will present full budget in the month of July, after Lok Sabha elections are over. Vote on account is likely to be presented on February 19. The government may move a bill for reconstruction of old housing colonies of Housing Board during the session.
