At least 8 places see below 10°C temps in Gujarat, Nailya coldest at 6.7°C, Vadodara sees its lowest this winter, Ahmedabad among top 5

Ahmedabad: At least 8 places across Gujarat today saw below 10 °C temperature with Naliya remaining coldest at 6.7 °C and Ahmedabad at 8.6 °C remaining among top -5 in this regard.

As per the official met bulletin the other places with considerably lower minimum temperatures were Deesa (7 °C ), Gandhinagar (7.4 °C ), Vadodara (7.6 °C – lowest for this central Gujarat city this season so far), Kandla Airport and Valsad (9.1 °C ) and V V Nagar 9.2 °.

In Ahmedabad the minimum temperature was 4.3 °C below normal while the maximum at 25.2 °C was exactly 4 notches below normal.

The met department has not issued any cold-wave warning for the coming days.
