Surat: A local court has summoned former Gujarat Congress president Arjun Modhwadia on February 25 for appearance in defamation case filed by BJP MLA of Limbayat Seat Sangita Patil.
Modhwadia had on 1st June last year tweeted: Limbayat-Surat BJP MLA #SangeetaPatil was appearing in TY BA Examination at Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Mukta Vidyapeeth Songir Dist.Dhule through proxy candidate! ShivSena workers complained but not allowed to check, Demanded handwriting check.”Fake” is USP of BJP
