Three rescued from car trapped in rain-flood water in Dharampur of South Gujarat

Valsad: The fire brigade team in Dharampur town of Valsad district today rescued three people from a car which was trapped in rain caused flood.
Police said that the car was trapped in rain flood water in Dhobi Dhowan area close to a river.
On getting information the fire brigade team rescued the three people from car. The car was also tied and pulled with ropes.
Notably, amid ongoing heavy rainfall in South and Central Gujarat Dharampur taluka of Valsad district had seen 127 mm of rain in last 24 hours ending 6 am today and from then to 6 pm this evening it has seen another 168 mm of rain.
