Surat Dishit Jariwala murder case: court discharge all 3 accused including wife Velsee giving benefit of doubt for lack of evidences

Surat: A local court here today discharged all the three accused of the sensational murder of textile merchant Dishit Jariwala (25) including his wife Velsee, her alleged ex-boyfriend Suketu Modi and his driver Dhirendra.
Dishit was found murdered in his Sarjan Society Bungalow in plush Parley point area of the diamond city Surat in the night of June 27, 2016.
Police later accused that Suketu who had an affair with Velsee since she was unmarried, had murdered Dishit under a conspiracy in which she was also involved. The three including Suketu’s driver Dhirendrasinh Chauhan were later arrested. Police had alleged that Velsee was not happy with her marital life with deceased Dishit and was in touch with her ex even after the marriage. They wanted to get married but could not do so due to social issues.
The court discharged all of them today giving them benefit of doubt due to lack of circumstantial as well as scientific evidence.
