ACB nabs Medical Officer in North Gujarat taking bribe from health worker

Ahmedabad: The Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) of Gujarat police today nabbed red handed a Medical Officer taking bribe from a multi purpose health worker in Sabarkantha district.
Assistant Director of the ACB, D P Chudasama said that MO of Kotada Primary Health Center under Poshina taluka of the district had threatened the health worker saying that he would recommend to end his services and sought bribe from him for not doing so.
Chudasama said that on the basis of his complaint a trap was laid today and the MO was nabbed red handed in the PHC premises taking a bribe of Rs four thousand.
