2178 Covid19 cases so far in Gujarat including 1373 in Ahmedabad; 239 new cases in 24 hours

Gandhinagar: Gujarat has witnessed addition of 239 covid19 cases in last 24 hours. Ahmedabad had lion share of 125 new cases in this addition. 19 covid patients died during 24 hours, 8 were discharged after full recovery.

As per the evening bulletin today, the State has 2178 covid19 cased reported including 139 who have been discharged after recovery and 90 deaths.

As per the evening briefing today by the State government, 1935 persons under Covid19 treatment are stable while 14 are on ventilator support (critical).

Ahmedabad has total 1373 cases including 53 deaths ad 52 discharge, followed by Surat at 347, Vadodara at 199, Rajkot at 40 and Bhavnagar at 32.

Covid19 infection has been so far detected in 28 districts of the State. Southern Gujarat district Navsari, Valsad, Tapi and central Gujarat district Mahisagar are latest additions to the list.
