Gujarat Covid19 cases update

Gandhinagar: Covid-19 death toll in Gujarat has crossed 1,000 figure with 27 new deaths in 24 hours. These 27 deaths of Covid-19 positive patients include 24 from Ahmedabad and one each from Gandhinagar, Banaskantha and Mehsana. With 412 new Covid-19 cases, Gujarat Covid19 case total tally reaches 16,356. The new cases include 284 from Ahmedabad, 55 from Surat, 28 from Vadodara and 12 from Gandhinagar.

Total number of Covid19 cases in Gujarat so far is 16,356 including 1007 deaths and 9,230 discharges of patients from hospitals after full recovery, as per the figures released by the State government.

Out of total cases of Gujarat, 11,881 are from Ahmedabad where 822 persons have died as per the State government figures.

Surat has 1565 cases so far followed by 1009 in Vadodara and 261 in Gandhinagar.

Out of total 16,356 patients, 6,119 are active cases including 62 on ventilator support as per the government data released.

In last 24 hours, 412 new cases have been detected, 27 persons have died and 621 are discharged after full recovery.

Of 412 cases detected in last 24 hours, 253 are from Ahmedabad.
