Gujarat Covid19 case total 16,794

Gandhinagar:  Total number of Covid19 cases in Gujarat so far is 16,794 including 1038 deaths and 9919 discharges of patients from hospitals after full recovery, as per the figures released by the State government. Out of total 16,794 patients, 5,837 are active cases including 61 on ventilator support as per the government data released.

Out of total cases of Gujarat, 12180 are from Ahmedabad where 842 persons have died as per the State government figures.

Surat has 1864 cases so far followed by 1043 in Vadodara and 274 in Gandhinagar.

In last 24 hours, 438 new cases have been detected, 31 persons have died and 689 are discharged after full recovery.

Of 438 cases detected in last 24 hours, 299 are from Ahmedabad.
