Gujarat cadre IAS serving at PMO shifted to World Bank

Gandhinagar: Gujarat cadre 1996 batch IAS Rajeev Topno appointed Senior Advisor (Joint Secretary level), to the ED, World Bank, Washington DC, USA under the Department of Economic Affairs. Topno presently serves the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) as Private Secretary to Prime Minister. Topno has been in Prime Minister’s Office since the time of former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh.
