Five staffers working for private agency at SVP to face police complaint for provoking others for strike

Ahmedabad: Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) today said the private agency employees who are declared as Covid-19 staffer under the Epidemic Diseases Act can not stay away from duty and can not join strike. The High Court order dated 22nd of May also stated the same. Some staffers namely Kamlesh Kumar, Hansraj Chaubisa, Sunil Gautam, Rukhsar Khan and Sampat Jat working in AMC run SVP hospital are provoking other employees of agency and creating obstructions. They shall face police complaint and removal from job.
