Gujarat govt appoints retired IAS officer as OSD for AMC for one year

Gandhinagar: The Government of Gujarat has appointed Retired IAS CR Kharsan as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) for a period of one year, apparently to further strengthen AMC’s fight against Covid-19 spread.
