Bopal – Ghuma, Chiloda – Naroda, Kathvada, Sanathal, other areas to be merged with AMC

Gandhinagar: In a major decision taken by the department of Urban Development and Urban Housing Development, Government of Gujarat, Bopal-Ghuma, Chiloda-Naroda, Kathvada, Sanathal, Visalpur, Aslali, Geratnagar, Bilasiya, Ranasan and Khodiyar are included in the limits of Amdavad Municipal Corporation. While Bopal-Ghuma, Chiloda-Naroda (City) and Kathvada are completely merged with the city municipal corporation, the other village panchayats are merged in the limit of ring road to the presence AMC limit. With this entire area under the ring road has been merged to AMC apart from selective areas outside the ring road such as Bopal-Ghuma and more.
